Great Magnets for your gun
These magnets are rubber coated – so they won’t scratch or mark up your firearm. They include VHB tape which you can use to place the magnet where you want. I would suggest using the tape and the screws to hold in place.I’ve bought two sets and have them in both vehicles.

Works exactly as described. Granted my Berretta Nano is no challenge for the magnet, but I don’t think this would have any trouble securing larger framed weapons.Now if I could only decide where I want it mounted exactly… If I wanted an under-desk mount or something like that, this would be PERFECT. My Nissan Frontier isn’t presenting any perfect spots so far, but I’ll find someplace I like :). Plus they’re cheap so I might buy a couple of them.Come to think of it, this would be a sweet way to mount a pistol high in a closet or something out of reach and sight of kiddos.

Excellent quality gun magnet for use on pretty much any surface you’re looking to attach it to. Plenty of strength to hold onto everything from my RMR’d Glock to my metal CZ with a weapon light. I also found it would work great to hold a spare magazine or two next to your pistol. Most Glock mags should work as they are metal lined. Pictured in a closet for picture purposes. It should work great to create more space for pistols under the shelf in my safe.

Wrote this review when I first purchased them, upgraded vehicles and immediately bought a new set of these magnets. They are a must have!Really like this gun magnet, liked it so much I bought 2. I used the supplied double-sided tape, installed the magnets in the lid of my console, sticks great, holds my Ruger lcp II perfectly, and the second one holds extra magazines. These are well made, strong, and there is no doubt they will hold your gun/magazine in place. It’s nice having them in a secure place while also making it easy to access.

I mounted these on several things. One in my truck, one by my nightstand and two in my gun cabinet for storage. Works really well with newer pistols with a flat top. Older 1911 style with less surface area not so much unless you attach the pistol sideways. I plan to get more for my gun cabinet.

Holds my heavy .45 ACP
I searched every gun shop in a 50 mile range and not a single place had a mount that could hold over a few pounds. I saw a few that have magnets and a slip that goes in the trigger but that’s not safe when you carry one in the chamber. This one holds up an assault rifle if need be so this is overkill for my pistol. The rubber padding makes it great so it doesnt scratch your weapon. Mounted right under my dash in my truck with no problem. Just use the provided 3M doublesided tape to temporarily stick it to places to check if it will work (meaning stick your weapon to it to make sure the area is big enough), then use the 4 provided screws to set it in place. Too easy 🙂

This magnet is strong enough to hold my fully loaded AR-15 by a non-flat surface. In the images notice that the magnet slightly catches an edge on my muzzle break, if it did not then the magnet would slide. I love the coating which prevents my guns from being scratched. This can easily hold a loaded pistol (M&P 2.0 Compact 9mm) and a spare magazine. As you can see I have not yet permanently mounted it yet. Note that the instructions say that the 3M is not meant for permanent mounting (which seems to be most of the negative reviews).

Cool option for comfort and convenience
Great product for the money. I don’t expect to use it very often at all but love the convenience factor. I have a S&W 9 Sheild and I installed the magnet mount into my 1993 Mustang. I used the provided 3M VHB Tape strip. The gun fits like a glove. It even kinda blends into my dash console, mounted gun doesn’t get in the way, and is easily and smoothly mounts and removes from magent. The provided tape holds well. The only thing I modified was super gluing down the rubber/silicone (whatever it is) logo cover. It easily slid off and onto the magnet mount when I got it, not a big deal, easy fix that I personally wanted.

The adhesion strip Isn’t the best but I was screwing it in anyway. The magnet is super strong and can easily handle any pistol. The rubber cover that goes around the magnet is very good quality and protects your gun from getting scratched. Overall, a really good purchase.
