30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Return Policy

You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.

Items deemed as “defective” are eligible for a full refund and/or replacement product.

Customers must provide Seller with visual proof (photo or video) of product defect via contact information for seller to evaluate.  Seller retains the right to define and deem a product as “defective” and eligible for our return policy.

Items not deemed by Seller as “defective” regardless of visual proof will not be eligible for a full refund and/or replacement product.

All of our products at Bear Armz Tactical have a LIFETIME WARRANTY! If for some reason your Bear Armz Tactical product is defective we will replace it or refund your money. This does not include normal wear and tear of your purchase though.
